Today we lost a wonderful scholar and writer. Howard Zinn not only wrote and spoke to adults but he also wrote for kids- so that they could grow up to be responsible citizens in the world. He will be greatly missed. He left a wonderful legacy to be proud of and one that we can depend upon to read and teach our kids about history, justice and the world.
